Principal's Message

Dear Families,

I am excited to welcome you back to Red Creek High School for the 2022-2023 school year! Enclosed you will find information regarding this academic school year. There is a change in the start time for students.

Students will be released from buses at 7:30 A.M. The high school foyer will also be open at 7:30 A.M. for student entrance. Those students who would like breakfast in the morning can enter the building at 7:15 A.M. The school day begins at 7:45 A.M. Students arriving after 7:45 A.M. will be considered late, as homeroom is now part of the first period of the day.

Advisory has been moved to the middle of the day and the academic day will end at 2:30 P.M. with the activity period time being 2:35-3:25 P.M.

Students are encouraged to stay after school for extra help and to participate in the many clubs being offered. Academic recovery will begin the week of September 12 from 3:30-5:30 P.M. At this time, parents will need to transport their child at 5:30 P.M.

Backpacks and Lockers:
We are returning to using lockers this year. Students will not be permitted to carry backpacks between classes. Time to practice lockers will be provided the first day of school.

We are happy to introduce some new faculty and staff to Red Creek High School Please join me in welcoming these new additions.

Schedules are available through SchoolTool and a printed copy is enclosed in this mailing. The add/drop period for all classes ends September 21. No changes will be made after this date. Questions regarding schedule changes can be directed to the guidance office on the first day of school.
